Thanks to this reason, companies strive to select the finest candidate for various vacant positions. Because a manager's responsibility is to guarantee that everything in the firm functions properly, the selection of a manager is the most crucial problem of all. Nowadays, many traditional approaches (recruitment forms, interviews, etc.) utilized in manager selection cannot provide effective solutions owing to subjective interpretations.
